1. Cancellation Policy

No cancellations are allowed once an order has been placed. Due to the highly perishable nature of our products (meat, dairy, and fresh groceries) and the immediate sourcing required to ensure freshness, orders cannot be modified or cancelled after confirmation.

2. Quality Guarantee

• A refund or replacement will be issued if the user establishes that the quality of the delivered product is not satisfactory.
• Issues regarding quality or damage must be reported to our customer service within 1 day of receipt.

3. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed and credited to your original payment method within approximately 7 days.
